• September 15, 2011-

Initial IVF Laboratory CAP inspection at CACRS Embryology Laboratory in Encinitas, California- passed CAP inspection with ZERO deficiencies!

• February 2011-

Instrumental in supporting of CLIA inspection by California Dept. of Health Services of the CACRM, Encinitas, CA andrology laboratory- passed with ZERO deficiencies!

• June 2011-
• Completed a new IVF and andrology laboratory set-up- Austin, Tx- succesfully set up and ran a  new laboratory initiation into a full IVF patient treatment and accomplished excellent pregnancy rates using the newest IVF laboratory protocols and procedures
• January 2012-

Prepared and supported Life IVF INC., Irvine, CA for a surprise FDA inspection. Inspection was passed and the clinic FDA certified.

• April 2012-

Prepared Life IVF, INC. , Irvince, CA for an initial CLIA andrology and endocrinology inspection- passed and certified

• June 2010 and present-

Continuing off-site embryology laboratory director staff support at CACRS/CACRM, Encinitas, CA- achieving excellent pregnancy rates using the newest technology and embryo culture protocols including latest innovations in blastocyst embryo culture, embryo vitrification, egg freezing, and PGS

Embryology Laboratory coverage and ART laboratory consultation in Barbados, advised on maximizing IVF laboratory potential, improving clinical pregnancy rates, blastocyst culture development rates, staff training and education
