Eva has earned her Master's Degree of Science from San Francisco State University in California, USA. She is board certified Embryology Laboratory Director by American Board of Bioanalysis, as well as a technical supervisor and laboratory manager. She is licensed as Clinical Laboratory Scientist in California and Hawaii, as well as by American Society of Clinical Pathology.

Eva has more than 20 years of hands-on IVF Laboratory experience, ICSI, blastocyst culture, assisted hatching, embryo cryopreservation, vitrification, embryo biopsy. She is experienced in laboratory management, regulations, initial IVF Laboratory set-up, equipment purchase,  Andrology, Endocrinology testing, CAP certification and compliance, California Tissue Bank and FDA regulations, personnel management, hiring and laboratory personnel training. She is also a present CAP inspector.
